We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from CaseThemes. Because our products are digital products, including WordPress themes, plugins, templates, and membership services, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges.
For eligible purchases made directly through CaseThemes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
To request a refund, please contact our support team and provide your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a brief explanation of your refund request.
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date are generally not eligible for a refund.
2. Digital Products
Because CaseThemes products are delivered digitally, you do not need to return any files or physical products.
Once a refund is approved, your access to the refunded product, downloads, updates, and related services may be revoked.
3. Membership & All Access
For CaseThemes All Access or other membership products, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of the initial purchase.
If a refund is approved, your membership and access to membership benefits will be cancelled.
Refunds do not extend or restart the membership period. Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded membership and its benefits may be revoked.
4. ThemeForest Purchases
This Refund & Returns Policy applies only to purchases made directly through CaseThemes.
If you purchased a CaseThemes product through ThemeForest/Envato Market, your purchase is subject to Envato’s refund policy and must be handled through Envato.
CaseThemes cannot directly refund orders that were processed by Envato.
5. Refund Exceptions
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
7. Sale & Discounted Products
Products purchased during a sale or with a discount are still eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
8. Cancellation
For time-limited membership plans, access remains available until the end of the purchased membership period unless the membership is refunded in accordance with this policy.
Cancelling or discontinuing membership access does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
